Stress Relief

Stress relief balls can be used in several ways to help alleviate stress. Place the stress ball between your shoulder blades and the wall. Move around, up and down and in a circular motion to relieve back and neck pain. When you start to feel stress or distracted while working on a project, pull out some lavendar essential oil and start squeezing the stress ball. Within seconds you will start to feel relief.
